Product information "Klingenthaler Wax"

Das Klingenthaler Stimmplattenwachs ist ein hochwertiges Produkt, das aus erlesenen Zutaten hergestellt wird.

Über Jahrzehnte hinweg versuchten sich die Technologen der Klingenthaler Akkordeonindustrie an der Rezeptur. Durch unzähliges Probieren entwickelten sie schließlich in den 60er Jahren das fertige Produkt und erzielten dessen Perfektion. Neben seiner Langlebigkeit gewährleistet das Stimmplattenwachs ebenfalls eine hervorragende Verbindung von Stimmplatte zum Stimmstock.

Damit Sie die Portionierung für Ihre Schmelzvorrichtung mit leichter Hand schaffen, stellen wir das Wachs in zwei Formen her:

- 80g Blöcke für Wachstöpfe
- 25g Stangen für Lötkolben, Wachskolben etc.


Verarbeitungshinweise:

Als Verarbeitungstemperatur hat sich 130°C bewährt. Der Tropfpunkt liegt bei 72°C.
Bei höheren Temperaturen verdampfen die empfindlichen Inhaltsstoffe, die als Weichmacher fungieren. Bei der Verarbeitung sollte das Wachs möglichst selten erhitzt werden, da es sonst verkohlt. Kleine Wachstöpfe sind zu bevorzugen.


Wichtig:

Das Stimmplattenwachs darf nicht mit anderen Wachsmischungen angerührt werden, da es sonst seine Eingenschaften verliert.


Sicherheitshinweise

Aufgrund seiner leichten Entzündlichkeit (Temperaturen über 150°C), ist das Wachs von Feuerquellen fernzuhalten.
Es ist allein für das Aufbringen von Stimmplatten auf Stimmstöcke zu verwenden. Andere Verwendungszwecke sind nicht vorgesehen.
Halten Sie das Wachs auch von Kindern fern.
