Shipping costs include costs of packaging and shipping.
We ship worldwide from Monday to Friday.
The product prices are inclusive of value added tax (VAT).
After we receive your payment, we will send your ordered articles immediately, if they are on stock.
If your ordered articles are not on stock, we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery time.
If we can´t deliver articles, because our supplier don´t have it no longer in its inventory or the aricles was changed by its producer, we will inform you about it.
Cause of delivery delays for example traffic problems we can´t claim for damages.
The purchaser or its representatives have to check the products for transport damages ,immediately after receipt.
When the purchaser get the products, he have to certify all damages on the packet by the carrier.
Note about damages caused by transportation
When the parcel service gives you your package, please check the package for damages.
If there are some bigger damages like big holes or deformation, please unpack the package in the presence of the driver. If the products have damages, don´t accept the package.
If you accept the package yet, Musikhaus Vogtton and the parcel service don´t accept liability for broken products.
If you get a package in good condition, but the content is brocken, please do the following things:
- Report damage in written form
- Documentation on the reports (description/photo)
- Keep the packaging and the carton
- Do not operate any device or musical instrument with damages
Report for deliveries from DPD within 3 days to Musikhaus Vogtton.
Report for deliveries from DHL within 24h to DHL and Musikhaus Vogtton.
